- 4 large lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Sear the chicken in the skillet until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes on each side.
- Add shredded cheese on top of the chicken, cover, and let it melt, about 1-3 minutes.
- Rest the chicken for a few minutes, then thinly slice.
- Assemble the chicken slices in large lettuce leaves with any desired toppings.

For a vegetarian option, replace chicken with grilled portobello or cauliflower steak. Use high-quality plant-based cheese for a dairy-free version.
