Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and warm the oil until it shimmers.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in shredded chicken and cook for 2–4 minutes until heated through.
- Scatter cheese over the chicken, cover briefly, and let it melt.
- Spoon the cheesy mixture into lettuce leaves or tortillas, add toppings, and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze the filling for up to 2 months. Avoid assembling lettuce wraps before freezing.
