A refreshing salad that combines ripe avocados and sweet mangoes, perfect for a light meal or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon (or lime)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (cilantro or basil)

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing your mango and avocado, cutting them into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Chop up some fresh vegetables, such as bell peppers and red onion.
