Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, pureed
- 1 can (400ml) coconut cream, whipped
- 1/4 cup agave syrup (or to taste)
- Fresh mango chunks for topping
- Shredded coconut for garnish
Instructions
- Puree the ripe mango until smooth.
- Whip the coconut cream in a separate bowl until light and fluffy.
- Fold the mango puree into the whipped coconut cream gently.
- Spoon the mixture into serving glasses.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
