Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, pureed
  • 1 can (400ml) coconut cream, whipped
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup (or to taste)
  • Fresh mango chunks for topping
  • Shredded coconut for garnish

Instructions

  1. Puree the ripe mango until smooth.
  2. Whip the coconut cream in a separate bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Fold the mango puree into the whipped coconut cream gently.
  4. Spoon the mixture into serving glasses.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
