Ingredients

  • 1 package cheese or meat-filled tortellini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or low-fat/dairy-free substitute)
  • Fresh herbs (basil or spinach)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and add olive oil, then add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
