Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness, about ¾ inch thick.
  3. Mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
  5. Place the chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
