- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas until smooth in a mixing bowl.
- Add sugar and eggs, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into a mini loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
