Instructions
- Purée fresh blackberries and strain to remove seeds.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the blackberry mixture until fully combined.
- Spoon the mousse into prepared molds.
- Refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider adding a splash of lemon zest or vanilla extract to the mousse. These cakes can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
