Delicious bite-sized sliders wrapped in tortillas, perfect for gatherings and casual meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground protein (beef, turkey, or beans)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for skillet

Instructions

  1. Cook the chosen protein in a skillet until nicely browned and seasoned well.
  2. Layer the filling on one side of the tortilla with fresh toppings.
  3. Fold the tortilla carefully to create a wrap.
  4. Place the wraps seam-side down in a heated nonstick skillet.
  5. Cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  6. Slice the Mini Crunch Wrap Sliders in half to serve.

Notes
