A delightful No-Bake Passion Fruit Cheesecake that’s creamy, refreshing, and easy to prepare, perfect for warm days and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup passion fruit puree
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend the crust ingredients until crumbly.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream and passion fruit puree until well-combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate until set, preferably overnight.

Notes

Garnish with extra passion fruit pulp or mint leaves. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days in the fridge.
