A classic Italian dessert that melts in your mouth with a silky charm, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water (for blooming gelatin)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit or chocolate sauce (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Bloom the gelatin in cold water for about 5 minutes.
  2. Heat cream and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin and vanilla extract until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds or cups.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until set.
  6. Serve with desired toppings, such as fruit or sauce.

Notes

Be sure to bloom the gelatin properly and consider refrigerating overnight for best results.
