Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, chopped
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add the cold butter and combine until crumbly.
- Press a portion of the mixture into a baking dish to form the base.
- Combine peaches with lemon juice and layer over the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature; excellent with vanilla ice cream.
