A fun and delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, this casserole features all the beloved flavors in a healthier, carb-conscious dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Add olive oil to a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened.
  3. Add the thinly sliced steak, cooking until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in the cauliflower rice and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with provolone and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!
