A refreshing salad that combines crisp cucumbers with sweet pineapple, perfect for summer picnics and barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumbers, chopped
  • 2 cups ripe pineapple, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Optional: Fresh mint, finely chopped
  • Optional: Drizzle of honey

Instructions

  1. Chop the cucumbers and pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
