A creamy and tangy classic potato salad that’s perfect for barbecues, picnics, and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 1 cup of diced celery
  • 1/2 cup of diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until fork-tender, then let them cool.
  2. Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl.
  3. Chop the celery and onions into small pieces.
  4. Combine the cooled potatoes, dressing, celery, and onions in a large bowl.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
