Ingredients

  • 8 slices stale bread, cubed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk (or almond milk)
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar, for serving
  • Maple syrup, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cube the stale bread and place it in a large mixing bowl.
