Easy and delicious refrigerator pickles infused with flavor, perfect for sandwiches or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dill seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: sliced jalapeƱos or radishes

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice your cucumbers into rounds or spears.
  2. Combine the vinegar, sugar, and spices in a saucepan.
  3. Heat gently until the sugar dissolves, then remove from heat.
  4. Pack the cucumber slices into sterile jars.
  5. Pour the warm brine over the cucumbers.
  6. Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before enjoying.

Notes

Make sure cucumbers are submerged in brine to maintain their crunch.
