Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
