- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
- Fold the mixtures together gently until just combined.
- Bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 50-60 minutes.
- Allow the bread to cool briefly before slicing and serving.
