Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 1 cup fresh spring peas (or frozen peas)
- 2 cups burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water until al dente.
- Drain the pasta, reserving 1 cup of the cooking water.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil in a large pan until fragrant.
- Add fresh herbs and peas to the pan, allowing them to warm through.
- Combine the pasta with the herb mixture, adding reserved pasta water for creaminess.
- Top with burrata, letting it melt slightly before serving.
Notes
Best served immediately, garnished with additional fresh herbs and a drizzle of olive oil.
