- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened for frosting

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
- Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
- Mix the two until just combined.
- Fill the liners about two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Cool the cupcakes completely before decorating.
- Beat the softened butter with confectioners’ sugar, adding a splash of milk.
- Divide the buttercream and color it with your preferred food dyes.
- Pipe vibrant flowers on each cupcake using different piping tips.
