Ingredients

  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Begin by laying slices of turkey flat on a clean surface.
  2. Place a slice of cheddar on one edge and a few strips of your favorite vegetables.
  3. Take the edge closest to you and start rolling tightly, pressing gently to keep everything together.
  4. Continue until all your turkey slices are filled and rolled.
