Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook pasta according to package instructions; add broccoli in the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the shredded rotisserie chicken to the pot and stir until warmed through.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the pot, mixing everything together.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding lemon juice before serving. To lighten the dish, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
