A quick and easy meal combining pasta, fresh broccoli, and rotisserie chicken in a creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook pasta according to package instructions; add broccoli in the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the shredded rotisserie chicken to the pot and stir until warmed through.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the pot, mixing everything together.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding lemon juice before serving. To lighten the dish, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
